      이를 위하여 본 발명에서는 제 1 주파수대의 발진신호를 출력하는 제 1 발진기(1)와, 제 2 주파수대의 발진신호를 출력하는 제 2 발진기(2)와, 제 1 주파수대의 발진신호 또는 제 2 주파수대의 발진신호를 증폭하는 증폭기(4)와, 제 1 주파수대의 발진신호를 증폭기(4)에 입력하는 제 1 스위치 다이오드(3a)와, 제 2 주파수대의 발진신호를 증폭기(4)에 입력하는 제 2 스위치 다이오드(3b)를 구비하여, 제 1 발진기(1) 또는 제 2 발진기(2)를 택일적으로 동작시키도록 구성하고, 제 1 스위치 다이오드(3a)를 제 1 발진기(1)의 동작에 연동하여 도통시킴과 동시에, 제 2 스위치 다이오드(3b)를 제 2 발진기(2)의 동작에 연동하여 도통시키도록 하였다.

    • PURPOSE: A two-band oscillating device is provided to supply an oscillation signal to an amplifier without reducing the level of the signal by loosing coupling between two oscillators. CONSTITUTION: A two-band oscillating device comprises a first oscillator(1), a second oscillator(2), an amplifier(4), a first switching diode(3a), and a second switching diode(3b). The first oscillator(1) outputs an oscillation signal in a first frequency band and the second oscillator(2) outputs an oscillation signal in a second frequency band. The amplifier(4) amplifies either the oscillation signal in the first frequency band or the oscillation signal in the second frequency band. The first switching diode(3a) supplies the oscillation signal in the first frequency band to the amplifier and the second switching diode(3b) supplies the oscillation signal in the second frequency band to the amplifier. The first oscillator(1) or the second oscillator(2) is operation in an alternative way, the first switching diode(3a) is made conductive in association with the operation of the first oscillator(1), and the second switching diode(3b) is made conductive in association with the operation of the second oscillator(2).

    • An oscillator is provided to suppress phase noises by improving a carrier-to-noise ratio according to the outputting of oscillation signals from a collector of a first transistor. An oscillator includes plural first transistors, a common node(N1), a feedback circuit(40), and plural isolation circuits(61-6n). The first transistors output different oscillation signals through collectors thereof. The common node receives outputs of emitters of the first transistors. The feedback circuit feeds back outputs of the common node to bases of the first transistors. The isolation circuits, which are installed between the emitters of the first transistors and the common node, cutoff high frequency components from the common node.
