A manufacturing method of the power transfer system comprises: a step of arranging a metal layer(62); a step of forming a dielectric material by blending a ceramic material and a polymer material; a step of forming a dielectric layer(64) by sinking the dielectric material on the metal layer; a step of forming a Swiss-roll structure of the metal layer and the dielectric layer; and a step of forming a monolithic Swiss-roll structure by hardening the Swiss-roll structure.

    • PURPOSE: A method for excising an electrode without deteriorating no-load of dielectric resonator and utilizing a number of facilities is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: (a) excising an electrode formed on a dielectric by using a laser; and (b) excising an affected layer generating at part excised by the laser by using a short pulse laser. The laser utilized in the step(a) is harmonic YAG(Yttrium Aluminium Garnet). The short pulse laser utilized in the step(b) is YAG short pulse laser. In the step(a), gases including oxygen are supplied at electrode part excised. Thereby, the electrode can excised without deteriorating no-load of dielectric resonator and utilizing a number of manufacturing facilities, so that the productivity can be improved.
