    • PURPOSE: A direct metal fuel cell device is provided to use high energy density of a metal-air battery without requiring for a complex system such as a polymer electrolyte fuel cell or direct methanol fuel cell, and to enable self discharging and high current. CONSTITUTION: A fuel cartridge(10) for a direct metal fuel cell device comprises: an electrolyte pack(16) which stores electrolyte in at least one space and includes a micronetwork structure at both sides facing the space; a metal material for anode(14) which is installed at one side of the electrolyte pack to contact with the electrolyte through the micronetwork structure; and a cathode member(18) which is installed at the other side of the electrolyte pack to contact with metal material.

    • PURPOSE: A metal-hydrogen chemical reaction generator is provided to generate secondary electric energy by reacting hydrogen, which is generated during primary electric energy generation, with oxygen, and to have no cost due to separate hydrogen production. CONSTITUTION: A metal-hydrogen chemical reaction generator consists of a primary electricity generator(28), a secondary electricity generator(29), and electrolyte solution storage part(30); is inserted and fixed into the inner space of a container(1); and is also fixed to a container-fixing plate(25). The primary electricity generator is obtained by forming a laminate of a first separator(13A), a highly absorptive polymer(14), a negative electrode metal(15), a highly absorptive polymer, and a second separator(13B). An air electrode(12) wraps around an external plane of a porous fixing rod(10), and the laminate wraps around the air electrode in the shape of a scroll.

    • PURPOSE: An environment-friendly practical air-metal battery is provided to continuously consuming electron on the surface of a positive electrode device, thereby running enough current for long time. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly practical air-metal battery comprises a positive electrode as an electrode manufactured by using carbon silver and alloy thereof. A part of the electrode is soaked into electrolyte, and the other part of the electrode is projected outside the electrolyte. The positive electrode device is able to soak the 30% or more of the electrode surface contacting to air by electrolyte aqueous solution by using capillary phenomenon.
