    • PURPOSE: A stop joint for superconductive cable is provided to maintain superconducting properties by installing a stop joint in a long-distance line and reducing the rotation distance of a cooling fluid. CONSTITUTION: A stop joint for superconductive cable is installed in superconducting cables(30a, 30b) which are connected to both terminal structures. Lead-in holes(60, 62) are formed on both sides of a vacuum chamber(52). A nitrogen structure(54) is connected to cooling fluid flow paths(C1,C2) of superconductive cables(30a,30b). Conductors(84a,84b) of the superconductive cable are electrically connected to an electrode assembly(56). A flow path separating member(58) is connected to the nitrogen structure. Collection holes(76,78) are respectively formed in the nitrogen structure. An insulator(82) is included while covering the exterior of a flow path separating part filling electrode(80).

    • PURPOSE: A superconducting magnetic energy storage apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to insert a glass fiber reinforced plastic spacer between double-pancake coil parts, thereby arranging an inter-coil insulating part which insulates each double-pancake coil. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of double-pancake coil parts(30) is arranged into a toroidal shape. An inter-coil insulating part insulates each double-pancake coil(100). The inter-coil insulating part is formed by inserting a glass fiber reinforced plastic spacer(500) between the double-pancake coil parts. A refrigerator/inter-coil insulation part insulates each double-pancake coil using a ceramic coating process. A ground insulation part(600) supports a superconducting magnetic energy storage apparatus.
