    • PURPOSE: A remote management system for GIS prevention diagnosis system and a method thereof are provided to learn the diagnosis engine of a local server by the extraction of learning data about the noise pattern and partial electric discharge of each spot in a center management server, thereby improving the diagnosis engine of the local server. CONSTITUTION: One or more prevention diagnosis system(110) has a local server(114). The local server communicates with a DAS(Data Acquisition System) device(113). The DAS device digitizes fault data about partial electric discharge and insulation destruction detected in a sensor(112). The sensor is combined with a GIS(Gas Insulated Switchgear)(111). A center management server(120) communicates with each local server. The center management server creates a new diagnosis engine with the fault data of each local server. The center management server updates the new diagnosis engine to each local server.

An apartment complex device(20) stores an image of analog cameras(21) and webcams(61) by connecting to a ubiquitous recorder(24), generates an alarm or warning signal when emergency is detected in a robbery or entry detection sensor(22,23), and transmits an intrusion image signal to a guardroom terminal(30), an integrated management center(40), and a personal mobile device(80). The guardroom terminal monitors intrusion with an emergency image received from the ubiquitous recorder, stores the received image, and requests emergency dispatch to a security company(90) in the emergency. The integrated management server stores/provides living information in addition to functions of the guardroom terminal. Each house device(50) includes the webcam, stores detection signals of fire and gas sensors in a home server(62), and transmits the image to the guardroom terminal, the integrated management center, and the personal mobile device.

The power supplier(50) supplies a predetermined voltage to the detector. The A/D converter(30) converts the signal inputted from the detector into the digital signal. The flash memory(60) stores the converted data. And, the controller(40) controls the operation of the site detector in response to the predetermined method. In the system, the site detector is installed around the atomic reactor to detect the change of the amount of the radiation. And, the site detector stores the change of the radiation at a predetermined memory and transmits the signal including the time information during the transmission of the past data.

The piezoelectric sensor is formed on the oil pipeline. The wireless data logger includes a pre-amplifying unit, a main amplifying unit, an A/D converter, a wireless transmitter, a controller and a power supply unit.
