摘要： A recording management device for waste water released from a facility is provided to check/record an amount of waste water release of car washes which release waste water and other facilities which release waste water, and to check water usage together with power usage of the facilities, thereby indirectly managing the quality of the released waste water. A checking/recording apparatus comprises as follows. A memory(92) is embedded in a microcomputer(91). A switch key(95) is connected to the microcomputer(91). A printer(70) is connected to the microcomputer(91). The microcomputer(91) receives flux detection pulses and flux data of gauges(10,20,30,40,50), includes the received flux data in a checking journal to store the data in the memory(92), prints the checking journal through the printer(70) by responding to a signal of the switch key(95), and transmits checking data to a management computer by responding to a request of the management computer.
