    • PURPOSE: A device and method for visualizing a system phenomenon is provided to recognize a physical phenomenon for an education of an electric power technician by simplifying and expressing an inertial body such as an actual physical dynamo or a turbine similar to an actual body through a three-dimensional graphic and expressing a responsive movement of the inertial body by localizing a necessary element. CONSTITUTION: In a personal computer connected to a real time electric power system simulator and an Ethernet LAN, a recording medium having a system phenomenon visualizing program is executed for expressing a shaft vibration phenomenon of an inertial body as a three-dimensional graphic animation. Phase variables of inertial bodies being simulated in a real time electric power system simulator are defined(A). A transmission of the variables is requested to the real time electric power system simulator(B). The real time electric power system simulator loads the variables(C). A file storage is decided(D). The variables are stored in a file(E). An apex of each graphic object is calculated(F). Each graphic object is drawn again(G).
