    • PURPOSE: An address processing method for address standard, an apparatus thereof, and recording medium for the same are provided to reduce time for automatically obtaining standardized address information by restricting ranges according to an address pattern and searching for a text on database. CONSTITUTION: An address dividing unit(2) divides an address included in inputted address data into high addresses and low addresses. A pattern identifying unit(11) divides the low addresses into type configuration elements and identifies a pattern according to sequential type order of the divided type configuration elements. An address determining unit(12) searches for an address element mapping block of a type pattern which is matched with the pattern. The address element determining unit allocates the divided type configuration elements to the address element according to an address element allocation sentence.

A non-terminal node signature of the tree is calculated from the bit OR operation of the terminal node signature of the tree(110). A mini signature is composed(112). An element which is similar to the question is searched(114).
