    • PURPOSE: A method for judging abnormal state of a speed reducer, a device for thereof, and a robot system are provided to judge abnormal state of a speed reducer based on data creating with removed unnecessary component which is generated by gravity compensation rate or interference torque of other shaft. CONSTITUTION: A method for judging abnormal state of a speed reducer is as follows. A motor driver(10) controls a motor(12) according to a position command based on a motion program of a robot. Torque signals(Tf) is outputted from the motor driver to the motor and gravity compensation torque and interference torque of other shaft of the robot are removed from the torque signals. In order to extract vibration component of a speed reducer(14), the torque signal of which the gravity compensation torque and the interference torque are removed is filtered by a high pass filter(34). Whether the speed reducer is malfunctioned or not is determined based on the filtered torque signals.
