The data calculation unit (16) executes a program based on the check means corresponding to the detection unit (21). Biometric information unique to the sample held in the detection unit (21) is detected from the image data in the detection unit (21). Thus, it is possible to acquire information in the marker unit (23) and the information in the detection unit (21) by using the same mechanism (the data read unit (13)).
