    • A device for injecting injection refractories into a tap hole of a blast furnace is provided to secure safety of an operator and improve operation efficiency by injecting injection refractories even during opening of the tap hole, thereby cutting off a gas channel, and prevent leakage of the injection refractories between a nozzle tip and the tap hole by installing a sealing member in the device. A device for injecting injection refractories into a tap hole of a blast furnace comprises: a nozzle tip(10) which is installed on a front end of a mud gun for sealing the hap hole, and in which a discharge port(14) is formed to discharge injection refractories; a sealing member(15) installed on a front face of the nozzle tip; an inflow part(21) inserted onto an outer periphery of the nozzle tip to provide a passage for flowing in the injection refractories; and a blocking plate installed in the discharge port of the nozzle tip. The discharge port has a mounting groove(12) formed on a periphery thereof such that the sealing member is inserted into the mounting groove. The mounting groove is continuously formed along the circumferential direction of the nozzle tip. The sealing member includes a circular plate(15a), and a supporting part(15c) projected to one side of the plate and inserted into the mounting groove. The supporting part is continuously formed along the edge of the plate.

    • PURPOSE: A nozzle removing device is provided to enhance working efficiency by easily removing a nozzle with a simple operation, protect a shell through the removing of the nozzle and the reusing of a pressing-in hole and reduce cost and time to form another pressing-in hole. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle removing device comprises a protecting pipe(200), a hanging body and a hitting body(500). The protecting pipe comprises a stopper(210) with a raised part and an inner space with both openings. The hanging body passes through the inner space of the protecting pipe and comprises tongs(110), which are inserted into the inlet of the nozzle and hangs on a protrusion. The hitting body comprises a through hole. The protecting pipe is inserted into the through hole so that the hitting body slides along the outer surface of the protecting pipe. The tongs consists of one or more holding bars(112), which have externally protruded holding parts.

The sprinkling water guiding plate includes a polygonal belt part(250), supports(240) formed at both sides of an upper portion of the belt part and a central portion of the belt part, clamping holes(251) longitudinally formed in the belt part to fix the supports, a polygonal adhesion rubber(280) adhered to an outer portion of the sprinkling water guiding plate, a magnet(260) installed on the other side surface of the adhesion rubber, and a plurality of vent holes(270) formed from a lateral center line of the belt part to the magnet.
