When the nozzle unit discharges filler, the tapping point forming unit forms the tapping point of the tap hole.

    • The present invention relates to an oxygen lancing pipe apparatus comprising: a pipe main body; an oxygen pipe installed inside the pipe main body to generate the high temperature heat in the end by injecting oxygen inside the blast furnace; and a replacement announcing means installed between the pipe main body and the oxygen pipe, and arranged more inside than the wall of the blast furnace when being arranged inside the blast furnace to announce the replacement time by being melted with the oxygen pipe and the pipe main body which gets shorter by being melted by the high temperature heat in the end of the oxygen pipe. According to the present invention, the damage to the wall of the blast furnace can be prevented since the replacement announcing means senses that the replacement announcing means gets shorter gradually while being melted by the high temperature heat generated by the injected oxygen before the wall of the blast furnace is damaged by arranging the replacement announcing means more inside than the wall of the furnace blast when the replacement announcing means is arranged inside the blast furnace. Moreover, the flowage inside the blast furnace can be secured in advance by maintaining heat balance by reinforcing an insufficient heat source since fuel gas is injected in an oxygen lancing step.

      따라서, 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 고안은, 냉각수와 고압가스를 공급토록 관(10) 연결되고 개공기 드림함머의 연결캡(20)에 고정되는 소켓(30)의 내측에 설치되고, 전방으로 고로 출선구의 개공을 위한 개공파이프가 연결되는 스크류로드(40)가 연결되어 냉각수 및 고압가스를 분사시키는 개공기의 함머드릴 분사튜브(50)에서, 상기 소켓(30)의 내부에는 2단의 튜브 삽입홈(32)이 일체로 관통 형성되고, 상기 튜브(1)의 전방에는 상기 스크류로드(40)에 삽입되는 연결튜브 (52)가 스크류 연결되며, 상기 소켓(30)과 튜브(50)는 방수토록 조립되는 절손이 방지된 개공기 함마드릴의 방수분사튜브를 제공한다.
