A furnace wall for an electric furnace comprises: bottom bricks(100) which are formed in an inner lower part of a furnace body metal case that covers an outer part of the electric furnace, the bottom bricks being constructed on an upper part of hearth in which a hearth stamping material(500) is installed; first spiral refractory bricks(200) including a plurality of spiral grooves and spiral projections which are alternately formed along an inner periphery of the furnace body metal case in a way that the first spiral refractory bricks are constructed on an upper part of the bottom bricks; and second spiral refractory bricks(300) including a plurality of spiral projections(320) and spiral grooves which alternate with the spiral grooves and spiral projections of the first spiral refractory bricks, and which are alternately formed along an inner periphery of the furnace body metal case in a way that the second spiral refractory bricks are constructed on an upper part of the first spiral refractory bricks, wherein the first and second spiral refractory bricks are alternately stacked in the height direction of the furnace body metal case.

      이와 같이, 본 고안은 내화벽돌의 축조 작업성을 높이는 효과가 있으며, 상기 내화벽돌 전면부에 시공되는 내화물의 탈락을 방지하며, 최종적으로 형성되는 로의 표면형상이 요철형상으로 형성됨으로써 용강의 와류나 기계적 충격 등에 의한 내화물의 탈락을 방지하여 전체 로 수명을 증대시키는 효과가 있다.
