    • A method and a device for generating a pressurized product by low-temperature air fractionation are provided to vary an increased pressure(i.e., pressure of an inside compressed product) depending on pressure of a gas accumulator. A method for generating a pressurized product by low-temperature air fractionation includes the steps of: compressing, purifying, and cooling a feed air(1), and supplying the feed air to a distillation column system(12) for nitrogen-oxygen separation; discharging a liquid product stream from the distillation column system for nitrogen-oxygen separation in an increased-pressure liquid phase, and vaporizing or pseudo-vaporizing(9) the liquid product stream under the increased pressure; supplying the (pseudo)vaporized product stream(16) as a pressurized product to a gas accumulator(19) having variable pressure(PA); and varying the increased pressure depending on the pressure of the gas accumulator.
