    • The present invention provides a boiler type heating apparatus and a method for controlling the same, wherein the heating apparatus comprises: a thermal member comprising multiple ring-shaped pipes, which are arranged on top of each other and inside which circulated material is circulated, and heat-exchanging with ambient air by the circulated material heated to a certain temperature; a bottom base part being placed at the lower side of the thermal member, feeding and recovering the circulated material heated through the inlet and the outlet of the thermal member, and heating and storing the circulated material; a safety mesh member being installed and fixed with a wire mesh type like surrounding outside the thermal member, which is placed at the upper side of the bottom base part, at a regular distance, and performing the role of a safety mesh; and a control module part being installed at the internal body of the bottom base part, controlling the circulated material to be heated or circulated according to the temperature condition of the circulated material in the thermal member, and generally controlling the functions of the apparatus. In contrast with the structure of an existing heating apparatus directly generating heat with electricity or fuel, the present invention heats surroundings with allowing the circulated material to remain in the thermal member comprising the ring-shaped pipes, which are arranged on top of each other, for a certain time until the temperature of the circulated material falls to a predetermined temperature after heating the circulated material having an excellent latent heat effect to a certain temperature, thereby maximizing the heating efficiency of the heating apparatus according to consuming very low heating costs compared with the other heating apparatus.
