    • PURPOSE: An electric heating fan including a buffer area is provided to quickly transfer heat to a heat transference pipe by making the flow of thermal media smooth. CONSTITUTION: A unit heat transference chamber(A) and a buffer area(200) are sequentially connected. When the air passes through floating holes of the unit heat transference chamber, heat provided from an electric heater(150) is transferred to the air by heating a thermal medium and the floating holes. The floating holes are formed by using plural pipe members. The pipe members penetrate a sealed space of the unit heat transference chamber. When the air is forcibly floated by an inner fan(300) of the pipe members, the heat is transferred through an inner side of the floating holes.

    • PURPOSE: A unit heating pipe capable of being expanded in a longitudinal direction is provided to adjust radiating patterns for each section during heating broad area since inner heating rods of various lengths are inserted into a hot air pipe. CONSTITUTION: A unit heating pipe comprises an outer radiating pipe(10), an inner heating rod(20), and a power line(25). The outer radiating pipe has a coupling flange(12). The inner heating rod is equal to or shorter than the outer radiating pipe and is inserted inside the outer radiating pipe. The power line connects to the inner heating rod and supplies power to an electric heating wire of the inner heating rod. Inner radiating and supporting fins of the inner heating rod support the inner heating rod on the inner circumference of the outer radiating pipe. The inner radiating and supporting fins make heat exchange fluid flow in the longitudinal direction of the outer radiating pipe.

    • An electric heater is provided to heat up the circulating air steadily and to deliver the heat to a heat sink from a heater coil. An electric heater comprises: a sodium furnace(10) in which a heater coil(5) is formed in the bottom of inside; a casing(35) covering the sodium furnace; and a circulating air path(40) connecting to a heat exchange path(30) from the outer side of the casing. The sodium furnace maintains the vacuum condition. The sodium is stored inside the sodium furnace. A heat sink(15) is installed at the upper part of the outer side of the sodium furnace. The heat exchange path is formed inside of the casing. The circulating air path passes through the outer side of the heat sink. The heat of the heater coil is delivered to the heat sink after changing the phase of the sodium.

      본 발명에서 제안하고 있는 PTC 히터와 열매체 유를 이용한 팬 코일 난방 장치에 따르면, PTC 히터를 사용하여 난방 호스를 순환하는 열매체 유를 급속 가열하고, 라디에이터와 팬을 통해 강제 송풍 방식으로 열 교환이 이루어지도록 구성함으로써, 빠른 시간 내에 난방이 가능함은 물론, 난방 효율이 향상될 수 있도록 할 수 있다.
      또한, 본 발명에 따르면, 열매체 유를 매개로 난방이 이루어지도록 함으로써 친환경적이며, 전력 소모가 낮고 반영구적이며, PTC 히터를 병렬 구조로 구성함으로써, 열매체 유의 급속 가열 시간을 단축할 수 있고, PTC 히터의 자체 차단 기능으로 화재 발생의 염려가 없으며, 난방 장치를 경량화로 구현할 수 있도록 할 수 있다.

    • PURPOSE: A far infrared heater tube system using a sodium vacuum heater is provided to achieve high heating value with the minimum electricity by continuously circulating a heating medium through the tube. When the pressure of the heating medium of the sodium vacuum heater is higher than the set value, the safety valve supplements the heating medium from a sub tank(150) through the circulation motor until the pressure of the heating medium reaches the set value. The control box controls the operations of the electric heater, the circulation motor, and the safety valve.

    • A hot blast heater using a high frequency induction heating is provided to improve the economical efficiency by rapidly accelerating the temperature of a heat medium oil via using high frequency induction heating of low electrical consumption.
