    • PURPOSE: A linearity-improved CMOS inverter is provided to increase the linearity of small and large signals by making transconductance be maintained constantly to variation of an input signal. CONSTITUTION: PMOSFET and NMOSFET(M1,M2) amplify an input signal and have drains connected in series. The first voltage applying part(R1) applies the first DC voltage(VggP) to a gate of the PMOSFET to control an amplification operation of the PMOSFET. The second voltage applying part(R2) applies the second DC voltage(VggN) to a gate of the NMOSFET to control an amplification operation of the NMOSFET. The first and second condensers(C1,C2) are connected to the first and second voltage applying parts in parallel and to gates of the NMOSFET and PMOSFET to block the DC component of the input signal. The first coil(L) has the first end connected to the drain of the PMOSFET and the second end ground, so that DC current flowing to the drain of the PMOSFET is adjusted by the first DC voltage and DC current flowing to the drain of the NMOSFET is adjusted by the second DC voltage. A bias voltage is applied to sources of the PMOSFET and NMOSFET.

The air conditioner state sensing unit senses whether the air conditioner is operated. The moving body sensing unit senses motion of a human body. An air conditioner kind classified according to a characteristic of a signal receivable by a remote controller receiving unit and a response timing of an air handling unit is inputted. If human motion is not detected by the air conditioner state sensing unit, the control box transmits an off signal for stopping an air conditioner or an integrated signal.

    • A microwave sensor having a simplified structure is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost by simplifying a circuit by integrating transmitter and receiver parts of an antenna. A first passive element(120) formed as a micro-strip line for serial feedback and a source terminal bias circuit unit(130) for bias are connected with a source terminal of a transistor device(110). The source terminal bias circuit unit is formed with a 1/4 lambda line, a resistor, and a bypass capacitor. An insulator resonator(140) for deciding a resonant frequency and a second passive element(150) are connected with a gate terminal of the transistor device. An output terminal matching circuit(160) and a drain terminal bias circuit unit(170) are connected with a drain terminal of the transistor device. A power supply terminal(180) is used for supplying power to each circuit unit.
