    • 본발명은비례제어형버너의기계부품을최대한생략하고소비전력을억제할수 있으며, 더구나연도를경유하여버려지고있는열량을가능한한 줄일수 있는버너의제공을목적으로하고있다. 이를위해본 발명은고속전자밸브(11)가연료공급시스템(Lf)에제공되며, 상기고속전자밸브(11)는입력되는펄스신호가 ON일때 열리고, 상기펄스신호가 OFF일때 닫히는기능을구비하고있으며, 또연소배기측에배치되어연소가스의산소농도를계측하는산소농도센서(80)와, 그산소농도센서(80)의계측결과가송출되는제어장치(60)를설치하고있으며, 상기제어장치(60)는인버터(50)의주파수를변화하도록조절하며또한산소농도센서(80)에서검출된연소가스중의산소농도가거의영(0,제로)에근접하도록연소공기량을조절하는기능을가지게구성되어있다.

    • The present invention relates to a burner device capable of reducing fuel. Atomized hydrogen water and fuel are sprayed into a regenerative combustion reactor which is preheated by a reaction temperature of thermochemical hybrid cycle thermal splitting, and the hydrogen water is divided into hydrogen molecules and oxygen molecules (thermochemical hybrid cycle method) which are combusted in the regenerative combustion reactor. Therefore, since the fuel supply amount is reduced by 50%, and water (hydrogen water) is supplied by 50%, the hydrogen gas produced by thermochemical hybrid cycle thermal splitting reaction of the hydrogen water is combusted together with the supplied fuel, thereby reducing the fuel while the combustion heat energy is not reduced. The fossil fuel is spirally turned and collided by a plate bar in the regenerative combustion reactor at high temperature of 1200°C or more while dwelling for 2 seconds or more, and also a harmful gas is completely combusted at high temperature, therefore, exhaust gas is not generated and air pollution is remarkably reduced. When water and alcohol, which are renewable fuel, are used as the fuel, the exhaust gas is not discharged. A regenerative refractory material constituting the regenerative combustion reactor is made of high purity thermal carbon powder, excellent corrosion resistant and fire resistant cobalt powder, and heat-resisting cement. The regenerative refractory material quickly stores the outer heat and effectively radiates the stored heat, thereby accelerating the thermal hybrid cycle thermal splitting reaction of the hydrogen water. The capacity of the burner device is variously manufactured, so the burner device can be used for a burner of a hot water/steam boiler, a burner of an agriculture heater, a burner for a melting furnace or the like.
