    • PURPOSE: A brown gas flow controller is provided to reduce the waste of manpower to manual operations, to accurately control the numerical value, and to prevent fire back generated when the combustion ratio of brown gas is more than supplies of the brown gas and resultant damages by flowing the brown gas into a combustion burner with keeping proper pressure all the time. CONSTITUTION: A brown gas flow controller(20) is composed of an automatic valve(22) mounted to each line to which brown gas is supplied, to regulate the flow of the brown gas; a flow meter(23) installed to a rear end line of the automatic valve to measure the flow of the brown gas flowing in each line; a pressure measuring unit(24) disposed to the rear end line of the flow meter to measure the pressure of the brown gas flowing in each line; a control unit for controlling to constantly keep the flow of the brown gas passing through the automatic valve by receiving a measured result from the pressure measuring unit; and a fire back eliminator(27,27') installed to the rear end line of the pressure measuring unit to prevent damages of each line caused by the fire back.

    • A boiler and a combustion method thereof are provided to prevent the occurrence of NOx of exhaust gas of a vehicle, that is, to maintain the quantity of NOx to 12ppm or less. The wind amount calculating part calculates an amount of wind to be supplied based on the corrected amount of wind. The controller controls the combustion of the burner according to the reference amount of the fuel and the amount of the wind to be supplied.
