    • A steam generator of the present invention comprises: a heater; an inner heating layer surrounding the heater to have an interval between the heater and the inner heating layer; an outer heating layer surrounding the inner heating layer to have an interval between the inner heating layer and the outer heating layer; and a steam generation water layer formed between the inner heating layer and the outer heating layer. As a result, make-up water is spread out thinly and evenly and a heat transfer area increases by putting the make-up water into the steam generation water layer formed between the inner heating layer and the outer heating layer, thereby generating steam quickly.

    • PURPOSE: A hot water system is provided to prevent a fatigue increase of a pipe caused by expansion pressure since a closed pressure expansion tank receives expansion pressure caused by a temperature increase. CONSTITUTION: A hot water system comprises a closed pressure expansion tank(200), a temperature sensing circulation pipe(117), an overheat preventing circulation pipe(115), and a controlling unit(111). When the pressure of water passing through a circulation pipe(106) is over preset pressure, the closed pressure expansion tank lowers water pressure while in the state of maintaining a closed state. A circulation pump(18) is mounted on the temperature sensing circulation pipe so that the temperature sensing circulation pipe maintains a constant flow of hot water. The overheat preventing circulation pipe connects a peripheral portion of one end of a cold water inflow pipe(104) and a peripheral portion of the other end of a hot water outflow pipe(105). When the water temperature sensed by a temperature sensor(114) being mounted on the hot water outflow pipe is over a preset temperature, the controlling unit increase a cold water supply by controlling an opening and closing device(116) of the overheat preventing circulation pipe.     • PURPOSE: An electric steam boiler is provided to reduce costs and time for manufacturing an outer container of a boiler because upper and lower end plates are formed into a flatten shape instead of a dome shale. CONSTITUTION: An electric steam boiler(100) comprises an outer container(10), a guide pipe(20), an electric heater(30), and a plurality of water level sensors(40). The outer container of a boiler forms an internal space containing water. The guide pipe is installed inside of the outer container and comprises a steam outlet(22) in the upper part and an inlet port(21) in the lower part. The water inside the outer container flows in through the inlet port. The electric heater penetrates an upper end plate(10a) of the outer container, thereby being installed inside of the guide pipe. The plurality of water level sensors is installed between the outer container and guide pipe. The guide pipe is contacted to the upper end plate and lower end plate(10b) and installed into a body. The guide pipe supports the outer container. The upper and lower end plates of the outer container are flatly formed.
