    • PURPOSE: An emergency displaying apparatus is provided to prevent the damage and the loss due to the occurrence of fire by protecting a light transmitting part based on a thermal resistance coating. CONSTITUTION: An emergency displaying apparatus(10) includes a first light source part(12) using natural light as light source. The first light source part includes a light concentrator concentrates light to one point. A light receiver is installed at the light concentrator. A second light source part generates light based on the application of power. The light in the light receiver is supplied to a light converting part(16). The light is transferred to a displaying part(20) through a light transferring part(18) from the light converting part. A thermal resistance coating is applied to the external side of a bunch of optical fiber forming the light transferring part.

    • PURPOSE: An LED bulb for use of a traffic light is provided to reduce power consumption and maintenance cost while preventing sun phantom phenomenon against a strong sun light. CONSTITUTION: An LED bulb comprises a spiral electrode member(110), a base socket(120), a control unit(130), the first and the second reflection plates(160,140), the first and the second PCBs(170,150), and a globe(180). The base socket is connected to the spiral electrode member and has a screw groove(123) for coupling with the control unit. The control unit has a lead line(131) connected to the spiral electrode member so as to form an electrode. The control unit is screw-coupled to the base socket. The second reflection plate is screw-coupled to the second PCB and the first reflection plate, and fixed to the control unit through a screw-coupling. The second PCB has an LED(151) fixed thereto, and a perforation(152) for insertion of the first reflection plate, and is electrically connected to the control unit. The first reflection plate is screw-coupled to the second reflection plate and the second PCB, and is tapered inward so that the light from an LED(171) is reflected being focused to the center. The first reflection plate has a flat portion(161) for ease of screw-coupling to the second reflection plate. The first PCB has the LED fixed thereto, and the globe is screw-coupled to the base socket.
