    • PURPOSE: An LNG re-gasificating device is provided to reduce energy consumption of a ship of a floating structure since electricity is generated using the difference between fluid medium heat-exchanging with LNG and seawater. CONSTITUTION: An LNG re-gasificating device(100) comprises first and second pumps(110,130), first and second heat exchangers(120,140), and a generating unit. The first pump pumps LNG from the LNG hold of a ship or a floating structure. The first heat exchanger heat-exchanges LNG supplied through the first pump fluid medium to generate natural gas. The second pump circulates fluid medium passing through the first heat exchanger. The second heat exchanger heat-exchanges fluid medium with seawater. The generating unit is arranged in the second eat exchanger.

    • PURPOSE: A condensate heat exchanger and a method for exchanging condensate heat are provided to produce the condensate of a heavy hydrocarbon component and the evaporation gas of a light hydrocarbon component without a fractional distillation process. CONSTITUTION: A condensate heat exchanger comprises a supply gas line(100), a cold box(200), a condensate separator(300), a condensate line(400), a condensate heat exchanger(500), and a hydrocarbon separator(600). The cold box, which is connected to the supply gas line, receives supply gas and generates the supply gas of low temperature by a heat exchange between the supply gas of the supply gas line and refrigerant of a liquefying device. The condensate separator, which is connected to an intermediate discharge line of the cold box, separates the supply gas of low temperature into the liquid condensate of low temperature and gaseous supply gas. The condensate line becomes a passage for the liquid condensate of low temperature. The condensate heat exchanger is arranged at an intersection of the condensate line and the supply gas line.     • PURPOSE: An emergency displaying apparatus is provided to prevent the damage and the loss due to the occurrence of fire by protecting a light transmitting part based on a thermal resistance coating. CONSTITUTION: An emergency displaying apparatus(10) includes a first light source part(12) using natural light as light source. The first light source part includes a light concentrator concentrates light to one point. A light receiver is installed at the light concentrator. A second light source part generates light based on the application of power. The light in the light receiver is supplied to a light converting part(16). The light is transferred to a displaying part(20) through a light transferring part(18) from the light converting part. A thermal resistance coating is applied to the external side of a bunch of optical fiber forming the light transferring part.
