    • The present invention relates to a connection assembly for corrugated pipes. The connection assembly for corrugated pipes comprises a nut inserted into the outer circumference of a corrugated pipe; a hanging piece of which at least a part is inserted into a valley part located on one end of the corrugated pipe; a socket connected to the nut; and a packing member located between the end of the corrugated pipe and the socket. A groove unit is formed on the front surface of the socket, and a part of the packing member is inserted into the groove unit. Therefore, the present invention can improve the watertight seal of a connection part of the corrugated pipe and prevent loss of the packing member and the degradation of the appearance.

    • An assembling structure of a union is provided to facilitate nut assembly after covering a union pipe with rubber or resin and facilitate maintenance and repair by easily replacing nuts. An assembling structure of a union comprises an extension part(11), a concave part(12), a C-shaped ring(13), and a nut(2). The extension part is formed at both ends of a union pipe(1) at 2~30mm length. The concave part is formed to assemble the C-shaped ring along the outer circumference of the pipe. The C-shaped ring is installed the concave part and prevents the nut from being released. In the nut, a projection is formed at the inner circumference. An incline part is formed on the front end inner circumference part at 15~45°.

An inner pipe(21) is formed by flatly processing the outer surface of the wound nonwoven fabric. Stiffening members(6) are placed at constant intervals, and spirally wound around the outer surface of the inner pipe. The nonwoven fabric is wound around the upper part of the stiffening member after being impregnated with mortar. An outer pipe(22) is formed by flatly processing the outer surface of the wound nonwoven fabric. The fluid transfer pipe with the inner and outer pipes is cut at the constant interval. The process of flattening is performed by a plurality of rollers installed on the outer side of the mold.
