    • PURPOSE: A laser welding structure of an in-tank filter for vehicles is provided to weld an upper and lower housing with a laser regardless of materials of the upper and lower housing. CONSTITUTION: A laser welding structure of an in-tank filter for vehicles comprises an upper housing(51), a lower hosing(52), and a joining member(10). The upper and lower housing respectively comprise a space inside. A lower part of the upper housing is opened and an upper part of the lower housing is opened. An upper end of the lower housing contacts with the upper housing and closes the lower part of the upper housing. The joining member is formed into the ring shape with a predetermined width to surround a connecting surface of the upper and lower housing. The joining member is made of materials having the higher laser permeability than the materials of the upper and lower housing.

    • PURPOSE: A fluid coupling by spin welding is provided to bond the metal, plastic coasting metal or plastic tubular part to the plastic connector body, and to seal the tubular part and the connector body completely by spin-welding without leakage of fluid. CONSTITUTION: In a fluid coupling(40) such as a quick connector assembly, a connector(42) connects a metal tubular part(44) to a plastic or metal tubular part(46). The connector is cylindrically formed of a hard shell plastic connector body(48) made of glass charge nylon or other materials and composed of a stepped bore extended from a first opening part(52) to a second opening part(54). An annular recess with the opening end is formed in the end of the first fluid transfer part, and materials for forming the surfaces of first and second fluid transfer parts and spin-welding are fastened to the surface of the first fluid transfer part in the recess. The second fluid transfer part is inserted to the recess of the first fluid transfer part, and the first and second fluid transfer parts are bonded by spin-welding the bonding material.
