    • PURPOSE: A connection method of buried sewer pipes is provided to rapidly weld a drain pipe by supplying molten synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION: A connection method of buried sewer pipes is as follows. A profile(12) is provided in a spiral shape. A connecting member(14) is provided between profiles and includes dual-wall sewer pipes(10,11). The connector has a packing groove(22), a pipe insertion portion(25), and connective projections(23,24). A contact hole(26), matched to the bored weld hole, is formed in the protrusion of the connector. The duplication wall-drainpipe is inserted in the connector in order to match the bored weld hole and contact hole. A welding member(30) is provided to the contact hole and connects double wall drainpipes.

    • PURPOSE: An electro-fusion welding sheet of a thermoplastic resin pipe is provided to simplify the manufacturing process by removing a terminal attachment process and a socket injection process and to improve the convenience of a user by reducing the price of an electro-fusion welding sheet. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical fusion welding sheet(10) prints or coats an electric resistant material on the surface of a cylindrical sheet(1) made of thermoplastic resins in a circuit(5) shape. The circuit is a single or plural wire circuit to uniformly distribute heat. A coating(6) is additionally applied to the outer face of the circuit to protect the circuit. For fusion-welding a pipe, the cylindrical fusion welding sheet is inserted to a connecting socket. The socket is inserted to the end portion of a pipe. The end portion of the connecting socket enters along the outer face of the pipe. An inward protrusion(2) of the cylindrical welding sheet dashes against the end portion of the pipe. Then, electricity is applied and the surrounding of the circuit is fused. Thereafter, the fused portion is cooled. Therefore, fusion socket welding effect is obtained simply with the cylindrical fusion welding sheet.
