    • PURPOSE: An oil seal of a shock absorber is provided to improve ride quality by improving damping performance in high speed driving and fundamentally block the inflow of foreign substances. CONSTITUTION: An oil seal of a shock absorber includes a lip member (100), a reinforcing member (200), and a ring member (300). The lip member is formed in an elastic material and includes a dust lip (110) and a main lip (120). The dust lip is attached to the outer circumference on one side of a piston rod (400). The main lip is attached to the outer circumference on the other side of the piston rod. The lip member supplies a mounting space to the reinforcing member and the ring member and supplies reciprocation space to the piston rod. The reinforcing member is arranged in between the dust lip and the main lip and maintains the shape of the lip member from the outside of the lip member. The ring member is connected to the reinforcing member so that the inner circumference of the piston rod is attached to the outer circumference of the piston rod. The ring member generates a frictional force on the reciprocation of the piston rod and blocks the inflow of the foreign substances.

The hydraulic screw jack of a various displacement absorption type includes a hemisphere bearing(102), installed to the upper part of the drawing shaft to be able to have spherical movement, absorbing rotating and tilting displacements, and an upper plate(110), disposed on the hemisphere bearing, directly contacting with a supporting load article. The hydraulic screw jack of a various displacement absorption type is equipped with a tilting displacement allowable-clearance(C1) between the upper plate and drawing shaft for tilting movement of the upper plate.

    • PURPOSE: A compressed high damping damper is provided to broaden the application range by controlling the shear area using C or W shaped steel material. CONSTITUTION: A compressed high damping damper comprises a first steel casing(10a), a second steel casing(10b), a plurality of high damping rubbers(20), a plurality of bolting units, and a slide plate(50). The first steel casing is composed of a plurality of side plates(11a,12a) having a plurality of bolt holes(121), and a connection plate(13a) connecting the top of the side plates. The second steel casing is composed of a plurality of side plates(11b,12b) having a plurality of slot holes(122), and a connection plate(13b) connecting the bottom of the side plates. The side plates of the second steel casing are alternated with those of the first steel casing. The connection plate of the second steel casing is located in parallel to that of the first steel casing. The high damping rubbers are installed between the connection plates of the first and second steel casings. The bolting units pass through the bolt holes of the first steel casing, the slot holes of the second steel casing, and the high damping rubbers. The slide plate is installed between the second steel casing and the bolting units in order to prevent the deformation of the bolting units when relative displacement occurs.

      상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안은 스프링에 탄지되며 피스톤 로드의 선단에 구비된 피스톤이 몸체 내에 삽입된 쇽업소버에 있어서,
      상기 피스톤의 내측에 하단이 개방된 오일 홈을 형성하고 상기 오일 홈의 상단에 오리피스를 형성하며 피스톤의 외주연에 단턱을 형성하여 이 단턱의 하측에 피스톤 링이 위치하도록 하고, 스프링에 탄지되며 오일 유입 구멍과 가이드 구멍이 형성된 압력 조정구를 구비하여 상기 피스톤의 저면에 위치하도록 하며, 상기 가이드 구멍에 삽입되며 상측과 하측의 직경이 서로 상이한 가이드 봉을 형성하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
