    • PURPOSE: An engine mount having variable orifice is provided to establish new damping control factors for the engine mount by changing the cross sectional area of the orifice flow passage of the engine mount to be variable according to fluid pressure. CONSTITUTION: An engine mount having variable orifice comprises an upper plate(108), a lower plate(110), an orifice flow passage(112), a resilient unit(114), and an isolation unit(116). The upper plate is equipped with an orifice hole(106). The lower plate supports the upper plate. The orifice flow passage is formed at a space between the upper and lower plates. The resilient unit is compressed by the fluid pressure in the bottom surface inside the orifice flow passage. The resilient unit is made of a ring-type rubber or leaf spring. The isolation unit is mounted in the upper side of the resilient unit to pressurize or isolate the resilient unit. The isolation unit is made of a ring-type steel plate.

    • The present invention relates to a parallel engine mount structure. By separating the driver from an engine mount and accordingly minimizing the height of the engine mount, it is possible to secure the degree of freedom in layout and enhance the space utilization. At the same time, it is possible to control power delivery between the engine mount and the driver by adjusting the size of the first and the second cylinder. The orifice module comprises a main orifice flow path(540) formed on the upper and lower orifice plates. The orifice module comprises a sub orifice flow path(550) formed on the upper orifice plate. The engine vibration is dampened with the inertia resistance of the working fluid passing through the sub orifice flow path and the main orifice flow path.
