    • The present invention relates to a prefabricated balancing mandrel. More particularly, the present invention relates to a prefabricated balancing mandrel that can prevent oil leakage, increase lifetime and facilitate manufacture by enabling the balancing mandrel to be assembled rapidly and easily by a first member and a second member instead of applying an oil pressure method to the balancing mandrel, has a precision processing part for precision assembly formed on the first member, has, on the second member, a precision processing combination hole for being combined with the precision processing part, has a taper part and a straight line part formed on the first member and the second member, thereby improving the combination precision of the balancing mandrel to an object for balancing, and facilitating the disassembly of the balancing mandrel from the object for balancing using a jig for disassembly that is composed of a housing and a screw for disassembly. For the purpose, the first member comprises: a screw part including a screw on an outer circumference surface thereof; a precision processing part for precision processing connected to the screw part and having an outer diameter greater than that of the screw part; a first taper part formed with a diameter greater than that of the precision processing part and including a taper having an outer diameter increasing from the screw part; and a connection part arranged between the precision processing part and the first taper part and having an outer diameter greater than that of the precision processing part and less than that of the first taper part. The first member is combined with the penetrating hole of the object for balancing that is a rotor including the penetrating hole in the middle.

    • PURPOSE: A balance shaft mounting structure of a vehicle engine is provided to minimize the diameter of the journal of a balance shaft and to reduce the loss of an engine friction. CONSTITUTION: A balance shaft mounted structure of a vehicle engine comprises a cylinder block(10), a balance shaft mounting cap(30) and a balance shaft(20). The balance shaft is mounted by installing, the balance shaft mounting cap for supporting the journal of the balance shaft along with a crank shaft, at a cylinder block. In a side of the balance shaft mounting cap is formed a crank shaft supporting part(31) with a bearing cap. In the other side of the balance shaft mounting cap is formed a balance shaft support(32). The balance shaft mounting cap is fixed to the cylinder block through the fastening bolt fastened to the fastening hole at both sides of each support.

CONSTITUTION: A balance shaft assembly(10) is interposed between a cylinder block(20) and an oil pan(30). The balance shaft assembly includes a balance shaft carrier having a top rim(11a) coupled to the bottom of the cylinder block through a plurality of coupling members. A curved top cover(11c) is formed integrally with the top of the balance shaft carrier which is connected, in a vertical direction, to the bottom surface of the cylinder block. The top cover closes the space formed between the rims, and has a plurality of oil holes(11d) for interconnecting the cylinder block and the oil pan.
