A guide rail(100) is arranged inside a concrete structure(H). A guide member(200) includes a guide main body(220). The guide member is moved to a longitudinal direction of the guide rail. The first driving unit includes a first driving motor. The first driving unit is parallel arranged in the guide rail. The first driving unit reciprocates the guide member into a width direction of the concrete structure. A rack(400) supports a distribution line(C). The rack is moved to the same direction as the guide member. A second driving unit(500) includes a second driving motor. The second driving unit is installed in the guide member in order to move the rack to top and bottom. A control unit controls the first driving motor and the second driving motor.     • A protective pipe for an underground distribution line is provided to prevent a lifetime reduction and an electric accident by preventing leakage of a concrete structure. A concrete structure is laid on an underground. A guide rail(200) is horizontally installed in a top part of the concrete structure. CONSTITUTION: A turnbuckle contains: a cylindrical body(210); length adjustors(240,241) stuck to the body; first and second nuts(215,216) installed on both sides of the body; third and fourth nuts(220,221); first and second rods(225,226) inserted in the body by penetrating the nuts; first and second connecting portions(231) integrally formed with the first and second rods; and first and second connecting devices(248,249) installed at the ends of the first and second connecting portions. By exactly rotating the turnbuckle through the length adjustors, the length of the turnbuckle is easily adjusted without damaging the body. The separation of the rods from the nuts is prevented by stably fixing the nuts in the body.

    • An electric line fixing frame for controlling a distribution position of a distribution wire is provided to prevent an electric accident and the reduction of the lifespan due to water leakage of the concrete structure.
