The hammer portion is connected to the hollow cylinder and blows the front side of the double pipe hydraulic cylinder with the hydraulic or pneumatic pressure. The tension spring for returning the hammer portion is connected to the inside of the hollow cylinder and the hammer portion to apply returning force when hammer portion moves forward.
