    • PURPOSE: A filler charging device of a groundwater observation well annular space is provided to reduce working time and facilitate post-processes as filler is not insufficient and left. CONSTITUTION: A filler charging device of a groundwater observation well annular space comprises a filler metering part(100), a mounting part(200), and a transport unit(300). The filler metering part comprises a graduate(110) with an opened top. A handle(120) is pivotally mounted on the upper end of the filler metering part. The filler metering part comprises a rotary control member(130) rotating the handle in the specific direction. The filler metering part comprises a metric display unit(140) measuring the filler amount according to the diameter of the annular space. The mounting part supports the filler metering part to be rotated.

    • A method for filling gravel to a collector well is provided to improve the working condition and to reduce the removing process by preventing the water or sand from being continuously discharged through a projection pipe. A method for filling gravel to a collector well comprises the steps of: inserting a projection pipe(20) into an aquifer while injecting the slurry made of the transmission liquid to have the gravel through the projection pipe; and withdrawing the projection pipe by embedding a water collection pipe formed of the screen in the projection pipe. The slurry is selected from the gravel of the volcanic rocks, the composite resin bead, and the porous ceramic ball. The transmission liquid is water.
