    • PURPOSE: A dome structure and a constructing method thereof are provided which is cost-effective and is maintained efficiently. CONSTITUTION: To construct a dome structure, an anchor groove(2) is formed inside the edge of a bottom(1) and a steel reinforcing anchor(3) is buried in the anchor groove. Air foam(4) made from special materials not to leak air without even one fine pore is fixed around the bottom. In the sealing state, air is filled inside to expand an air dome. An insulating material is mounted in the air foam to form a basic insulating layer(9) and steel reinforcing hangers are installed on basic insulating layer in spots to mount a second insulating material. A vertical steel reinforcing is fixed to the steel reinforcing hanger and solid material is covered several times to smoothen a wall.

    • PURPOSE: An arch-shaped structure and a construction method thereof using an air screen are provided to provide a secure arch-shaped structure by forming an insulation layer, a shotcrete layer, a ready-mixed concrete layer, and a finishing layer. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of an arch-shaped structure using an air screen is as follows. The edge of an air screen(20) is fixed using inner anchor grooves formed in a concrete footing. The air screen is expanded by filling the air screen with air. A first urethane layer is formed on the inner surface of the inner screen, and reinforcing hangers(40) are formed in the first urethane layer. A second urethane layer is formed on the first urethane layer, and horizontal reinforcing bars are installed in the reinforcing hangers. Longitudinal reinforcing bars are arranged in the concrete footing to be crossed with the horizontal reinforcing bars. Shotcrete layers(52,54) are repetitively formed to cover the reinforcing bars.
