CONSTITUTION: A manhole cover(1) capable of discharging gas and recording manhole information comprises an information display unit, a connection member(20), and a hanging member(30). An insertion groove(2) is formed on the manhole cover, and the information display unit including the information of a manhole is inserted into the manhole cover. The connection member penetrating the insertion groove is installed in the lower part of the information display unit. The hanging unit preventing separation is installed in an end of the connection member. An information chip is built in the information display unit and installs a barcode so that specific information is confirmed through a terminal.

摘要： PURPOSE: A low noise non-excavation type manhole repairing method using a hand geared manhole frame lifting apparatus and prevention apparatus for noises and scattering dust is provided to remarkably improve the working efficiency by quickly repairing a manhole and minimize damages due to noises and scattering dust by preventing the noises and scattering dust generated in a manhole repairing procedure. CONSTITUTION: A low noise non-excavation type manhole repairing method using a hand geared manhole frame lifting apparatus and prevention apparatus for noises and scattering dust is as follows. A road surface around a manhole is cut into a circular shape regardless a size of the manhole by using a road surface cutter(S1). A manhole fame is lifted by using a hand geared manhole frame lifting apparatus(S2). A mortar is placed and hardened between a manhole frame and manhole closed conduit after re-mounting the manhole frame on the manhole culvert by using a manhole remounting and height regulating device(S3). A gap between the manhole frame and road surface around the manhole is filled with asphalt concrete so that the top of the manhole frame and the road surface becomes the same height(S4).
