    • Ion exchange textile, a method for manufacturing thereof and an apparatus for electrodeionization using the same are provided to gain commercial availability by using a plasma system and to gain stability by excluding use of radiation. A method for manufacturing ion exchange textile comprises the following steps of: preparing polypropylene nonwoven fabric; forming GMA - polypropylene nonwoven fabric by grafting a GMA monomer in the polypropylene nonwoven fabric; and sulfonating the GMA- polypropylene nonwoven fabric. A method for forming the GMA- polypropylene nonwoven fabric comprises a step for forming a radical on a surface of the polypropylene nonwoven fabric and a step for grafting the GMA monomer on the polypropylene nonwoven fabric by dipping the polypropylene nonwoven fabric in a GMA solution.
