    • A method for producing a hempen sewing thread is provided to improve the flexibility and the thermal resistance of a hempen yarn through specific treatment, thereby usefully applying the hempen yarn to a sewing process and an embroidering process. A hempen yarn of 800-1200 TPM(Twist Per Meter) is wound at a rate of 2,000-3,000 rpm and a hardness of 60 degrees such that the hempen yarn has a weight of 1,300-1,500g per cone. A non-ion refining penetrant is applied to the hempen yarn to remove impurities from a surface of the hempen yarn. The hempen yarn is inputted into a dilution solution of 60°C for 20 minutes so that the hempen yarn has flexibility and thermal resistance. The dilution solution is prepared by diluting a modified amino silicon softener of O.W.F 10-14 % and an antistatic agent of O.W.F 1% with water of 10 times. The resultant hempen yarn is dehydrated at a rate of 3500-4800 rpm by using a centrifugal dehydrator so that the hempen yarn has a water content of 50%. The dehydrated hempen yarn is dried at a temperature of 120-180°C for 2 hours. The dried hempen yarn is cooled for 24 hours within a standard room having a temperature of 20±2°C and a humidity of 65±2%. The cooled hempen yarn is passed through synthetic silicon oil, and then wound on the cone.

    • A method for processing a three-dimensional fabric is provided to maintain securely three-dimensional patterns of the fabric, by injecting silicon onto intaglio patterns of the fabric. A fabric is interposed between an intaglio upper plate and an embossment lower plate for a metal mold frame. The metal mold frame with the fabric is pressed by a pressing unit, thereby making the fabric into a three-dimensional fabric. The embossment lower plate is separated from the three-dimensional fabric, and the three-dimensional fabric and the intaglio upper plate are disposed on a silicon injecting frame. The three-dimensional fabric is covered with an additional plate, wherein the additional plate is formed according to intaglio patterns of the three-dimensional fabric. Silicon is injected onto the intaglio patterns of the three-dimensional fabric. A portion of the silicon, which is protruded from an upper surface of the additional plate due to over-injection of the silicon, is removed by using a rolling bar. The three-dimensional fabric is dried after removing the additional plate.
