    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a thread using paper mulberry fiber and the thread manufactured thereby are provided to spin the threads by dissolving mulberry fiber after remaining a part of lignin or nutrients in the mulberry paper without using chemicals. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a thread using paper mulberry fiber includes the following steps: steaming stem parts of the paper mulberry in a high pressure tank for a constant time; separating bark of the paper mulberry; cutting the separated inner bark to a constant length; mixing the inner bark with water of 80-99 volume%; dissolving a mixture in a dissolving machine; separating the fiber with a separation tool; washing the fiber; drying the fiber; and spinning the dried fiber.
