    • PURPOSE: A non-electrolyte nickel-phosphor coating for preventing the cutting plane of pre-coating steel sheet from corroding is provided to be quickly performed by the relatively simplifying treating process without affecting the appearance material property of pre-coating steel sheet, thereby increasing the abrasion resistance and the corrosion resistance by controlling the content of phosphor in coating solution. CONSTITUTION: A non-electrolyte nickel-phosphor coating for preventing the cutting plane of pre-coating steel sheet from corroding comprises the following step of coating a cutting plane of pre-coating steel sheet with coating solution that contains nickel-ion and hypophosphorous acid ion by a chemical treatment. The coating solution further includes a complexing agent. The coating solution further includes at least one among a pH-stabilizer, an accelerant, a stabilizer, and a conditioner.

    • PURPOSE: A composition of a corrosion inhibitor for medical devices is provided to reduce chemical resistance generated in a boundary surface of grains or a local action of an electrolytic because a surfactant reduces a tension of a metallic surface of medical devices so that corrosion is prevented. CONSTITUTION: A composition of a corrosion inhibitor for medical devices comprises 0.5~15wt.% of an antioxidant and 0.05~5wt.% of a surfactant. The antioxidant comprises one kind being selected among polyphosphate, metaphosphate, and alkanolamine. An enhancer comprises one or more kinds being selected among citric acid, maleic acid, and metallic salt thereof.

    • PURPOSE: A corrosion inhibitor and its feeding method in cooling system is provided to extend expected life span thereof. CONSTITUTION: The corrosion inhibitor comprises 5% to 30 wt.% of one hydroxycarboxylic acid selected from gluconic acid, tartaric acid, glycolic acid, saccharic acid, citric acid; 2 to 20 wt.% of one molybdate selected from potassium molybdate and sodium molybdate; 1 to 10 wt.% of one organic phosphate selected from amino trimethylene phosphoric acid (ATMP), 1-hydroxyethylene-1,1-diphosphoric acid, 2-phosphonobutane-1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid (PBTC); 1 to 10 wt.% of dispersant. The corrosion inhibitor is fed to circulation water in cooling system in a concentration of 5 to 500 ppm.
