    • A roll-type composite sheet and a method for preparation of the same are provided to emit and absorb heat and electromagnetic wave generated in inside light thin short small type electrical, electronics and communication devices. A method for manufacturing a roll-type composite sheet with enhanced heat-releasing, electromagnetic wave and impact-absorbing properties comprises the following steps of: agitating 20~58 weight% of silicone gel(30) in a planetary mixer; agitating 20~40 weight% of power(10) for electromagnetic wave absorption selected from a group consisting of Fe-Si, Fe-Cr, Fe-Ni, Fe-Al, Fe-Al-Si and Fe-Cr-Si; agitating 20~40 weight% of heat releasing powder(20) selected from a group consisting of alumina, silica, magnesia, silicon nitride, graphite and carbon; making viscosity of a reaction product with a paste phase; removing bubbles; and producing the roll-type composite sheet by hardening, drying and coating the reaction product using a comma coater at 80~140°C.
