    • A method for preparing silica-coated magnetic nanoparticles is provided to produce the magnetic nanoparticles which are capable of separating nucleic acids and proteins selectively and have an amino group, or both an alkyl group and an amino group. A method for preparing silica-coated magnetic nanoparticles having an amino substituent includes the steps of: dispersing magnetic nanoparticles; adding polyvinylpyrrolidone into the dispersed magnetic nanoparticles to stir the admixture, adding an aqueous acetone solution thereto to centrifuge the admixture, and washing the resultant with an organic solvent; adding 10-50mM of tetraethyl orthosilicate thereto, adding a base thereto to maintain pH 11 with stirring, refluxing the resultant at 100-120°C for 20-24hours, and drying the resultant to prepare silica-coated magnetic nanoparticles; dispersing the silica-coated magnetic nanoparticles in an organic solvent, thereto adding at least one compound selected from the group consisting of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, N-[3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyl]ethylene diamine, and N'-[3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyl]diethylene triamine, heating the admixture to 130°C, and refluxing and reacting the admixture for 6-8hours by rapid stirring; and washing and drying the resultant to obtain a product.

    • 본발명은자력을이용한유전자추출방법에관한것으로, 보다상세하게는탈리용액에서검출을목적으로하는유전자를효율적으로추출하고신속하게판별하도록하기위한자력을이용한유전자추출방법에관한것이다. 본발명의구성은 a) 자성입자와결합된검출대상균이수용된추출부에추출용액을주입하는단계; b) 상기추출부를기설정된온도로가열하여상기검출대상균으로부터유전자를추출하는단계; 및 c) 상기추출부를상온으로냉각하는단계를포함하며, 상기 a) 단계에서, 상기추출용액은상기검출대상균을파쇄하여상기검출대상균내의유전자를추출할수 있는용액인것을특징으로하는자력을이용한유전자추출방법을제공한다.
