The carbonizer carbonizes the materials at high temperatures and speeds based on a dual structure. The pulverizer receives carbonized materials from the downstream of the carbonizer. The pulverizer pulverizes the materials which are cooled through a cooler(35). The introducing unit is arranged to be in connection between the downstream of the pulverizer and a mixer(45).

    • PURPOSE: An organic waste pyrolysis device is provide to collect and reuse a waste heat created during pyrolyzing process to save energy and to increase a temperature of a dust collection part installed at a gas discharge spot of a pyrolyzing brazier during a driving preparation step in a short time. CONSTITUTION: An organic waste pyrolysis device comprises the following: a pyrolysis part decomposing organic waste to carbon black and fuel gas; a dust collection part eliminating a particle contained in the fuel gas; a cooling part cooling the fuel gas; a storage storing a fuel gas which is not condensed with the condensed fuel oil; and a solid material exhausting part discharging the carbon black. A first air supply tube(L2) connected with a discharge side of a first channel(26a) of an air pre-heater(26) connected to a burner(22) of a pyrolysis part to be circulated. A second air supply tube(L3) which is connected to an air suction source and in which a blower(27) is interposed is connected to be circulated to the first channel suction side. A first flue gas exhaust pipe(L4) connected to a suction side of a second fluid path(26b) of the air pre-heater is connected to be circulated on the top wall upstream of a case(21) of the pyrolysis part. The suction source of combustion gas treatment equipment(70) and a main flue gas exhaust pipe(L5) connected to be circulated is connected to a discharge side of a second fluid path to be circulated.
