      상기 본 고안은 고형의 개량 아스팔트를 버너(50)에 의해 가열 및 교반시키기 위한 개량 아스팔트용 가마에 있어서, 상기 개량 아스팔트를 투입하기 위한 다수의 원료투입구(11a)를 갖는 커버(11)가 상부에 밀폐 결합되고 내측에 공간부를 갖는 바디(10)와, 상기 커버(11)의 하측에 상부가 밀폐된 상태로 결합되고 하부가 상기 바디(10) 내측에 바디(10)의 내벽과 소정 간격을 유지하도록 바디(10)의 공간부에 배치되며 상기 버너(50)를 통해 아스팔트를 용융 및 교반시켜, 용융상태의 아스팔트를 외부로 배출하기 위한 반원통형 용융부(20)와, 상기 버너(50)가 위치 설정된 측으로 용융부(20) 하부에 착탈 가능하게 결합된 열분산판(30)과, 상기 용융부(20)와 연통되어 아스팔트 용융 시에 발생되는 가스의 악취를 탈취 및 자연배출 하도록 상기 커버(11)에 관통 결합된 탈� ��부(40)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

    • PURPOSE: A thermal insulating tank of asphalt mixture is provided to repair a road efficiently by keeping manufactured asphalt for a long time, and to improve the endurance of the road by increasing stability and abrasion resistance with heating asphalt mixture at the optimal temperature. CONSTITUTION: A constant temperature asphalt tank is composed of a case(12) storing asphalt mixture; a lid(14) combined with the upper part of the case; a thermal insulating material mounted at the side of the case to keep the asphalt mixture warm; a heating unit(18) heating the asphalt mixture out of the case; a flue(20) installed in the edge of the case to guide combustion gas from the heating unit and transmit heat to the case; plural temperature sensors(22,24) detecting the internal temperature of the case and the temperature of the flue; and a control unit(26) receiving the detecting signal from the temperature sensors and controlling the heating unit. The asphalt mixture is transported promptly with being stored in the tank in repairing the road, and heated in the case for pavement of the road. The remaining asphalt is contained in the tank after repairing the road.
