摘要： PURPOSE: A regenerating apparatus having double drums including an inner shell rotary drum and an out tube rotary drum and a method using thereof are provided to minimize discharge of exhaust gas which comes out from waste asphalt concrete while minimizing heat loss. CONSTITUTION: A regenerating apparatus having double drums including an inner shell rotary drum and an out tube rotary drum includes a cylindrical heating drier for heating waste asphalt concrete. The cylindrical heating drier is divided into an outer tube rotary drum(20) and an inner shell rotary drum(30). The waste asphalt concrete material is placed between the outer tube rotary drum and the inner shell rotary drum and the material is sent to opposite side outlet. A plurality of through holes(31) for sending burner heat to the outer tube rotary drum is installed in-between the inner shell rotary drum. Feed blades(32) are provided on outer sidewalls of the inner shell rotary drum as inclined.
