    • A water-resistant paint composition is provided to secure excellent water resistance, air permeable property and adhesive force, and to reduce due to the separate repair work after construction. A method of manufacturing a water-resistant paint composition comprises (S1) a step of injecting at least one compound 2-6 parts by volume selected from the group consisting of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfate, sodium lauryl sulfate, octylphenol-10,30 and nonylphenol-10,20 in water and heating the mixture while stirring it in a main reactor rotated at 40-100 RPM; (S2) a step of injecting butyl acrylate 100-250 parts by volume, styrene monomer 100-300 parts by volume, acrylic acid 1-2.5 parts by volume, hydroxy ethyl acrylate 1-2.5 parts by volume and acrylonitrile 1-4 parts by volume, and stirring the mixture in a secondary reactor rotated at 60-200 RPM; (S3) a step of injecting the stirred liquid 40 parts by volume from the secondary reactor in the main reactor, adding a reaction catalyst 1-2 parts by volume and heating it; (S4) a step for maintaining the constant temperature while dropping the stirred liquid of the secondary reactor of the (S2) step in the main reactor at a speed of 1-3 parts by volume/minutes; (S5) a step for cooling the main reactor to 20-40 °C, adding ammonia 0.1-1 parts by volume, antifoaming agent 0.1-2 parts by volume and antiseptic 0.1-1 parts by volume, and stirring them; and (S6) a step for injecting latex 650-900 parts by volume and emulsion paint 2000-2100 parts by volume and stirring the main reactor at a speed of 60-200 RPM.
