    • PURPOSE: An amphoteric starch is provided to have uniform viscosity stability according to time in comparison with existing corn starch and cationic corn starch, and to improve physical properties of paper of corn starch. CONSTITUTION: An amphoteric starch can be obtained by substitution-reacting normal starch or modified starch by using an anionic monomer and cationic monomer, and accepts anions and cations at the same time. A manufacturing method of the amphoteric starch comprises: a step of adding anionic monomers in to 20-50 wt% of starch; a step of controlling the moisture in the reactant to 5-20 weight% by removing moisture through dehydration and/or drying process; and a step of adding cationic monomers in the moisture condition.
    • 目的:与现有的玉米淀粉和阳离子玉米淀粉相比,提供两性淀粉具有与时间相符的均匀粘度稳定性,并改善玉米淀粉纸的物理性能。 构成:通过使用阴离子单体和阳离子单体使正常淀粉或改性淀粉取代反应,同时接受阴离子和阳离子,可获得两性淀粉。 两性淀粉的制造方法包括:向20-50重量%的淀粉中加入阴离子单体的步骤; 通过脱水和/或干燥过程去除水分,将反应物中的水分控制在5-20重量%的步骤; 以及在水分条件下加入阳离子单体的步骤。
