    • A composition comprising a bimetal complex is provided to achieve excellent effect by being applied to various medicines, food supplements, and various chemically applied products. The composition comprises a reaction product of a polyfunctional acid with at least two coordination elements selected from the group consisting of elements listed in groups IB, IIB, IIIB and periods 4 and 5 of the periodic table of the elements. The method for forming a bimetal complex comprises the steps of: (a) dissolving a polyfunctional acid in a solvent to form a solution; (b) adding a source of a first coordination element to the solution; (c) adding a source of a second coordination element to the solution; and (d) recovering a bimetal complex. The malonate composition comprises at least one copper molecule, at least one zinc molecule, and a central unit, wherein the central unit bridges the at least one copper molecule and at least one zinc molecule by coordinate bonding.

    • 本发明涉及蓖麻油中二羧酸的制备方法。 更具体地说,蓖麻油的二羧酸的制备方法包括以下步骤:通过使用氧化锌(ZnO)作为催化剂混合蓖麻油和NaOH进行反应; 冷却反应物,从其中除去辛醇,并通过注入硫酸调节其pH值; 从反应物中分离油组分,并通过加入硫酸调节油组分的pH值; 并从反应物中分离二羧酸。 根据本发明的制备方法可以减少生成的副产物如脂肪酸等的量,并减少在该过程中产生的二羧酸的损失,从而提高产生二羧酸的产率。

    • PURPOSE: A lithium complex salt grease composition using dialkyl sebacate, and a producing method thereof are provided to secure the excellent heat-resisting property of the composition, and to prevent the abrasion of machine elements. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a lithium complex salt grease composition using dialkyl sebacate comprises the following steps: adding paraffinic base oil and 12-hydroxystearic acid as a thickener into a reactor; heating the mixture for 30~40minutes at 90~95deg C for dissolving; inserting boric acid, lithium hydroxide, and glycerine as a polarity dispersing agent into the mixture for the first gummed reaction; inserting the dialkyl sebacate and the lithium hydroxide to the mixture at 110~125deg C for the second gummed reaction; dehydrating the mixture, and dispersing generated soap salt to the base oil; adding the paraffinic base oil to the mixture and cooling; and adding an additive and milling for homogenizing.
