    • A semi-automatic self-leveling wet finishing mortar is provided to obtain moisture control, deodorizing, anti-bacterial function, far-infrared ray radiation and electromagnetic wave protection in mortar by introducing charcoal and elvan for the composition. A semi-automatic self-leveling wet finishing mortar comprises finishing mortar powder and liquid in a ratio of 100:15 by weight, the mortar powder comprises 15.094-22.9% by weight of normal Portland cement, 65.094-72.9% by weight of elvan aggregates, 0.5-1% by weight of charcoal powder, 0.05-1% by weight of expandable calcium sulfoaluminate, 0.1-1% by weight of hard-burned lime, 0.5-5% by weight of fly ash, 0.5-3% by weight of furnace slag, 0.001-0.005% by weight of starch thickener as an underwater concrete stabilizer, 0.0005-0.001% by weight of polyethylene oxide as an inhibitor against instant-drying of surface(moisturizer) and 0.1-1% by weight of cellulose fiber which has 1,500,000 particles per gram as an anti-cracking fiber, and the liquid comprises 0.2-1% by weight of polycarbonic antiplasticizer and 99-99.8% by weight of purified water. The wet finishing mortar is placed on an On-Dol(Korean underfloor heating) structure of skyscraper apartment or architecture by grouting method.

    • PURPOSE: Provided is a process for producing porous magnetic minerals emitting far infrared rays and anions, which can be used for a preparation of magnetic mineral water, a microorganism culturing process, and a water culture. CONSTITUTION: The process for producing the porous magnetic minerals comprises the steps of: mixing a mineral powder with 40-60 micrometer emitting far infrared rays and anions, such as phyllite, tourmaline, elvan, jade and 10-50wt% of a ferrite(MO.nFe2O3, M=Fe, Ba, Sr, etc.) magnetic material powder with 40-60 micrometer in size; adding 0.1-0.5wt% of an inorganic binder, 0.03-0.04wt% of an organic binder, and 0.1-1.0wt% of sodium silicate and mixing; adding 2-5wt% of ammonium chloride(NH4Cl) to form fine pores and mixing to prepare a dough; making the dough sphere or ring type pellets; drying, calcining, and polarizing.
