    • PURPOSE: Materials for repairing a road, comprising epoxy, dry sand and hardener are provided to fill damaged and cracked areas on the road, thus preventing car accidents. CONSTITUTION: The road repairing materials are prepared by mixing 20-80wt.% of epoxy, 20-80wt.% of dry sand, 1/5times or the same amount(based on the amount of epoxy) of epoxy hardener, and optionally pigment to give the same color as the road. When the road is largely damaged, large-sized sand and a small quantity of epoxy are needed, and when the road is lightly damaged, small-sized sand and a large quantity of epoxy are needed.

    • 본발명은투수성콘크리트에관한것으로, 구체적으로편석이제거된적절한입경의범위를가지는임팩팅골재를사용함으로써투수성이향상되고, 팽창재를사용함으로써콘크리트의수축이저감되고, 체적이팽창되며, 자기응력및 강도가증대되고, 내부식성, 내구성및 작업성(점성과유동성)이향상된투수성콘크리트에관한것이다. 상기한바와같은목적을달성하기위하여, 본발명에의한임팩팅골재를이용한투수성콘크리트는, 콘크리트혼합물 1㎥당 시멘트를 250~400㎏/㎥, 물을 80~150㎏/㎥, 20㎜이하입경의임팩팅골재를 1,500~2,000㎏/㎥, 및팽창재를상기시멘트에대하여 5~15중량%로혼합하여구성되는투수성콘크리트로서, 상기임팩팅골재의입도는 13㎜의 크기체통과중량이 100%, 10㎜의 크기체통과중량이 85~100%, 5㎜의 크기체통과중량이 10~47%, 2.5㎜의 크기체통과중량이 0~10%이며, 상기임팩팅골재는돌과돌의마찰또는기계의회전판을이용하여일반골재를둥근형태에가까운다각형형상으로가공한골재로서, 콘크리트내에서골재와골재사이의접촉면적을확장시켜실적율을높이고, 편석이제거되어콘크리트의투수율을향상시키는것을특징으로한다.

    • PURPOSE: Provided is a water permeable concrete which has a high water permeation index, sufficient strength, erosion resistance, durability and workability by removing segregation of aggregates and adjusting the particle size distribution of the aggregates and the ratio of cement to water. CONSTITUTION: The water permeable concrete comprises 250 to 400 kg/m¬3 of cement, 80 to 150 kg/m¬3 of water and 1,500 to 2,000 kg/m¬3 of aggregates having a particle size of less than 20mm, based on 1m¬3 of a concrete mixture and 5 to 15 wt% of an expending agent based on the weight of the cement. The particle size distribution of the aggregates comprises 100% of particles capable of passing through a 13 mm sieve, 85 to 100% of particles capable of passing through a 10 mm sieve, 10 to 47% of particles capable of passing through a 5 mm sieve and 0 to 10% of particles capable of passing through a 2.5 sieve. The segregates of aggregates are removed to maximize the water permeation.

    • PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing concrete and pavement block with permeability and strength by using granulated slag, generated in the manufacture of blast furnace, as aggregate. CONSTITUTION: The permeable concrete and pavement block are manufactured by the following steps of: forming slag, generated after melting iron ore in the manufacture of blast furnace, into a shape of aggregate between 13-19mm; mixing slag aggregate, cement and water in a ratio of 100 : 30-70 : 15-25; and curing. The permeable concrete has compression strength of more than 180kg/cm¬2, bending strength of more than 30kg/cm¬2, and permeability coefficient of more than 0.01cm/sec. The paving method comprises the steps of: paving a filter on the road to be 5-10cm thickness; paving a permeable layer on the filter to be 10-15cm thickness; paving the above permeable concrete to be 7-10cm thickness.

    • PURPOSE: A production method of lightweight porous aggregates for sound absorbing and shielding modules is provided, which reduces production costs and offers high absolute dry specific gravity(1.0-2.0) by using waste powders such as furnace slag, mine metal waste, sewage sludge, etc. CONSTITUTION: The production method is as follows: wet mixing raw materials such as furnace slag less than 300micrometer in size, containing 20-50wt.% particles more than 150micrometer to make an expansive reaction easily, non-ferrous metallic mine waste(Sn or Zn waste), sewage sludge, and optionally ready mixed concrete sludge in an effective ratio; forming slurry to a sphere shape with 10-25mm circumference; drying and sintering at 1100-1250deg.C. The resultant lightweight aggregates include 50-70wt.% of SiO2, 10-25wt.% of Al2O3, and 5-25wt.% of CaO, MgO, Fe2O3, K2O and Na2O, where the weight ratio of Al2O3 to CaO, MgO, Fe2O3, K2O and Na2O is 0.5-1.5.
