    • PURPOSE: A negative electrode active material for lithium secondary battery is provided to lower specific surface area of a negative electrode active material, to form surface in which mesopore is hardly formed, thereby preventing moisture absorption. CONSTITUTION: A negative electrode active material for lithium secondary battery comprises carbide. The carbide is obtained by heat-treating polyurethane resin under active gas atmosphere. The average particle diameter is 1 - 50μm. The specific surface area is 2.0 - 5.0 m^2/g, and the average pore size is 1-5 nm. The heat treatment comprises a first heat-treatment and a second heat-treatment. The first heat-treatment is conducted at 600-1400 °C for 30-120 minutes. The second heat-treatment is conducted at 1,000-1,400 °C for 30-120 minutes. The atomic ratio(H/C %) of hydrogen and carbon is 0.1 or less. The atomic ratio of oxygen and carbon(O/C %) is 1.0 or less.

    • PURPOSE: Construction materials such as board and mortar using activated charcoal with micropore are provided, which have excellent deodorizing and antifungal effects with improved strength. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing construction materials includes: cutting wood into 500-1000mm wood chip; carbonizing the wood chip at 1000-1500deg.C; sorting the obtained activated charcoal; crushing the sorted activated charcoal into 0.5-1.0mm; dipping the sorted activated charcoal for 10-30min in a solution which is obtained by blending dowcorning LS303 silicon with water at a ration of 3:7; after drying the obtained activated charcoal at 100-120deg.C, sieving with a sieve (1.0mm); mixing the sieved activated charcoal with 2.5wt.% germanium, 1.5wt.% elvan, 7wt.% loess, 13wt.% sand, 3wt.% cotton, 30wt.% gypsum and 3wt.% portland cement.

    • PURPOSE: Provided is a process for manufacturing activated carbon material from bituminous coal by removing viscous components without oxidation by air or oxidants and recovering soluble components of solution. The resultant activated carbon is applied to chemicals for adsorbing liquids. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: mixing organic solvent with bituminous coal in a ratio of more than 50cc/1g, wherein at least one organic solvent is selected from toluene, benzene, tetralin and anthracene; pressing bituminous coal-mixed solution at 5-10atm. in an inert atmosphere; holding it at 250-350deg.C for 10mins; pressing at 20-100atm.

The carbonized product manufacturing method comprises a step (a) of sealing the pottery with a dark brown glaze after putting raw materials for carbonized product into a pottery with a dark brown glaze that is an inner container; a step (b) of installing the inner container on an inner container supporting part; a step (c) of carbonizing the filled material after filling brown coal or wood into the surrounding space of the inner container; and a step (d) of cooling the carbide, and pulverizing the cooled carbide into powder or grain phase.
