    • PURPOSE: A hydraulic horizontality control device for a launch platform is provided to accurately detect the capacity of supporting load of support jacks by removing pressure formed between a float control valve and the support jacks with a cutoff valve for bypass. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic horizontality control device for a launch platform comprises a hydraulic power device(15), support jacks, hydraulic manifolds for the support jacks, front and rear tilt sensor boxes(13,14), and a main controller(16). The support jacks are mounted on both sides of the front, middle, and rear of the launch platform to support and move the launch platform. The hydraulic pressure manifolds for support jacks determine the operational state of the support jacks and control the movement of the support jacks. The front and rear tilt sensor boxes are installed on the front and rear sides of the launch platform to output the tilt state of front and rear rolls and a pitch shaft. The main controller predicts the tilt and deformed state of the launch platform based on the tilt information of the front and rear tilt sensor boxes, and controls the hydraulic manifolds for the support jacks to maintain the horizontality of the support jacks.
