The deceleration unit reduces a rotation speed transferred from the driving motor to the winding unit. The winding unit and the deceleration unit are installed in a case(170) which includes a first case(170a), a second case(170b), and a third case(170c).

Therefore, the winding winch can detect a load and promptly handle the load. According to the present invention, a system is structured to detect a load in the winding winch for a ship. Therefore, when a problem occurs in the winding winch, the winding winch can promptly handle the problem and perform safe and efficient work.
